Today, more than ever, nutrition is at the center of people’s interests, taking care of one’s diet means working to “stay healthy” and represents social status. We can say that in the last few decades, nutrition in the Maslow pyramid is going from bottom to top. Therefore, alongside the selected raw materials, it is necessary to have a new look at the utensils used for their preparation and for table service.

Therefore, alongside the selected raw materials, it is necessary to have a new look at the utensils used for their preparation and for table service.

For this reason we have studied a wide range of objects to reinterpret the world of food in the most elegant, and at the same time, healthy way possible. We have come up with antibacterial placemats, table tops, but also napkin holders, QR code table menus, champagne baskets and much more. We want to reinterpret the restaurant while preserving its history, culture and operations, by proposing items that guarantee the customer’s safety, starting from our antibacterial design tables, up to the wine menu. The idea is to provide new “tools” to operators in the sector, which allow them to quickly relaunch their activities, offering a high-value service.
The first advantage is certainly the best organoleptic quality of the foods in contact with our products. In fact, our material has the characteristic of preserving the freshness of food for a long time. Bread saucers, cake holders, food holders can be used not only to make the presentation pleasant, but also to maintain the freshness of the contents. It is also important to emphasize that our items have mocha certifications, so compliance for contact with food is guaranteed.
In addition to this, it is obviously important to emphasize the antibacterial aspect in respect to surfaces that can guarantee even more the food safety aspect of the dishes. Due to the pandemic, our sensitivity towards hygiene issues in public places has greatly increased, which is why using antibacterial furniture and items allows the manager to show his commitment to presenting his or her premises as a clean and safe place in the interest of customers and the people who work there.
We have created a line of furniture and accessories for catering, ranging from the antibacterial table to the placemat, to the antimicrobial napkin holder, precisely to allow restaurateurs to provide a safe guarantee of hygiene of the surfaces in contact with the public. Using our objects also allows less time to devote to cleaning the premises; the exposed surfaces are in fact antibacterial and bactericidal.
GOLDélite products are 100% made in Italy where they are made by local workshops coordinated by the GHA company and by Zeprojects design, both Bologna companies. The finish of the items is made of aluminum alloy, a completely recyclable material as well as being reusable indefinitely, with the minimum expenditure of electricity. This differs from other products on the market precisely because of the ease of reuse of the material once its useful life is over.
Our material combines antibacterial and bactericidal qualities with very high anticorrosive characteristics, which allow a greater durability of the products obtained, consequently a lower environmental impact deriving from the low obsolescence of the objects made.
The particular characteristics of antibacterial and bactericidal, leads to a considerable saving of water, otherwise necessary for the correct cleaning of the premises. They also make it possible to greatly limit the use of detergents that contain chemicals that are harmful to both the environment and humans. With this in mind, we can fully consider it an eco-sustainable material.
Our products are made up of design lines characterized by functionality and purity of forms. We have reinterpreted the utensils and furnishings for the restaurant by interpreting the made in Italy design with our technology. It is a design suitable for both new generation environments and pre-existing contexts. The linearity of the forms and the two-color scheme are capable of making any ambient magical. We have particularly played with the gold color combined with black, to create elegant and sober areas, capable of making a real transformation of the spaces and giving personality to the premises. For the catering sector we can provide a “tailor-made” service, designing the spaces of the premises and integrating our proposal to the existing context and thanks to the elegance and versatility of our material we create a real “restyling” of the spaces.
